|Animal ID: A35408141Buffy (female)|
Introducing Buffy. Buffy is pretty timid meeting new people and struggled in her last home meeting men. She is doing better day-by-day here with us but will need a slow structured introduction with her new family preferably over a couple of days. Buffy is almost a year and a half but still has some puppy playfulness in her. Buffy would do well in a calm environment with a family that knows the breed and is willing to help build her confidence towards strangers and men. This gentle girl is very loving with people once she gets to know them and thinks of herself as a lap dog. If you are interested in meeting Buffy please call the shelter and ask to speak with Christa. 208 634-3647! (Less)

Mastiff Dogs can make good pets in Idaho if they match your IifestyIe. The Old English Mastiff is a massive breed. Mastiffs are very gentle toward their families. This is an intelligent, protective breed that makes a good guard dog but is unlikely to attack unless severely provoked. Mastiffs behave well with children but should be watched with little ones because of their large size. Mastiffs need gentle training and socialization from an early age. Mastiffs can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard.
