Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Harley (or Harlequin) came to our shelter from a home in Plains. She had been abandoned by her owner with a friend who chose not to take care of her for longer than 3 months and brought her to us. She is around 4-5 years of age at this point and totally full of life. It is obvious that she has had several puppies and likely has been used as a breeder, intended or unintended is not known. We are going to get her altered in January as soon as we can. But we do want to find her a good foster home that wants to adopt her in the future after her surgery. She is vaccinated and will need to get a rabies booster at the time of her vet visit. If you ... PIease Read Before Adopting a Mastiff in Montana
Mastiff Dogs can make good pets in Montana if they match your IifestyIe. The Old English Mastiff is a massive breed. Mastiffs are very gentle toward their families. This is an intelligent, protective breed that makes a good guard dog but is unlikely to attack unless severely provoked. Mastiffs behave well with children but should be watched with little ones because of their large size. Mastiffs need gentle training and socialization from an early age. Mastiffs can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard.
