|Rescue Me ID: 16-05-25-00502Bruno (male)|
Bruno is a young male (estimated 14 months)mastiff, boxer and various mix. He weighs about 70lbs and craves attention. He loves to play fetch ALL day. He'll play it with a tennis ball or a rope. I've had him since he showed up at my house in December. He had no tags and no chip. I couldn't locate owners, so kept him. I'm an active duty single soldier, and having pets doesn't work very well with deployments and overseas missions with no family. I leave very soon to head overseas and I need to be proactive to finding a more permanent solution for him to have a loving family that can care for him.

|Rescue Me ID: 16-05-12-00648Pepe (female)|
Lil Pepe escaped death row in Corpus Christi, Texas at just 8 months old. Pepe is a wiggle butt Mastiff mix who gives the most grateful kisses and loves meeting people. She's does well in her crate. We're still working on her house training, but she has made great progress and is on a good schedule. Pepe does well meeting and playing with new dogs and her foster sisters, but she's a bit too curious about cats. Her adopter will have to work with minor resource guarding issues. She is spayed and is finishing up her fight with non-contagious manage and getting better everyday. Currently around 35lbs, Pepe isn't expected to weigh more than 60lbs full-grown. Please consider giving this sweetheart a loving forever home. Please email 'firstname.lastname@example.org' for an adoption application or with any questions. (Less)

MEET BABY! How cute is this big gal?? Her foster mom describes Baby as a .... gentle giant! She is such a sweet, sweet girl who has so much love to offer a lucky guardian or family. She loves nothing more than to be cuddled and petted, to be near her humans, or on a sunny day, outside, lounging. She loves playing games of fetch or tug ... and she loves her antlers, marrow bones and rubber toys ... Inside, she loves to chill at your feet or when invited on the couch. She is a very mellow girl, low key and calm. Her foster mom feels she knows she was saved from the shelter and seems to be a very thankful soul. Baby is good with other dogs, though prefers to be solo. Probably no cats. She is good with kids and with strangers, and is good on the leash. She is housetrained and crate trained. This wonderful girl deserves only the most loving, caring home, one committed to give her the love, safety and security for the rest of her days ...we promised her that! Baby is about 7 yrs old and weighs about 100 lbs. She is utd on shots and is spayed. WANT TO MEET BABY? Please reply here and her rescue will get right back to you, thanks! |Rescue Me ID: 15-04-11-00336Bruno (male)|
Bruno is a 2-3 yr. . He is a gentle giant who is sweet, and just a big baby in a big body! While he can get along with other dogs, he would do best as an only pet. He loves to go on walks/hikes, and even can be a great running partner. But don't worry he's also very content to just snuggle up and watch a movie with you. He is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, UTD on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. All he needs now is a family to call his own! If interested in adopting, please email email@example.com

|PIease Read Before Adopting a Mastiff in Pennsylvania|
Mastiff Dogs can make good pets in Pennsylvania if they match your IifestyIe. The Old English Mastiff is a massive breed. Mastiffs are very gentle toward their families. This is an intelligent, protective breed that makes a good guard dog but is unlikely to attack unless severely provoked. Mastiffs behave well with children but should be watched with little ones because of their large size. Mastiffs need gentle training and socialization from an early age. Mastiffs can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard.
