I have a female Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) I'm sadly having to rehome. I've recently had a little brother pass away on top of other family issues and having to travel more than I normally would. She isn't getting proper time outdoors to stretch her legs and be a happy dog since we're always on the road traveling. She spends most of her time in the car riding and while I know she gets some happiness from it, I know she deserves more and would like more. She's used to occasional hikes, walks, dog park trips if possible or just tossing the tennis ball around in the yard. As long as she can get some time out to stretch her legs she's a very well behaved young lady. When she's in the house, shes quiet, lays around and just enjoys being in your company relaxing. She's good with other dogs, big or smalll, and cats. I would like to place her to a good home soon. (Less)

Bertha is about 6 years old and believed to be a mastiff/plott mix. She weighs about 75lbs, but as you can see by her pictures, she is a big baby. We are working with her on training and she knows 'sit' and 'paw'. She has worked with Solid K9 trainer, Jeff Gellman. She walks well on a leash and does well with other dogs. Because of Bertha's size and energy, we recommend a home without small children. Do you have a spot for Bertha in your home and heart?

Male Mastiff. Over 150 pounds. Big boy. Potty trained and does not chew. He is an inside dog. He is a bite risk. He has anxiety and gets very nervous around strangers. He has a history of biting people he doesn't know. We have had him since he was 6 weeks old and my family is very very attached to him but due to his biting strangers, we can no longer take him. He needs to go to a home that doens't have visitors.

Mastiff Dogs can make good pets in South Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Old English Mastiff is a massive breed. Mastiffs are very gentle toward their families. This is an intelligent, protective breed that makes a good guard dog but is unlikely to attack unless severely provoked. Mastiffs behave well with children but should be watched with little ones because of their large size. Mastiffs need gentle training and socialization from an early age. Mastiffs can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard.
